As an Earned Value Specialist III, you will provide Earned Value Management implementation support to maintain industry best practices and ensure compliance with all government requirements. You will identify training gaps and participate in determining and implementing solutions (tools, process and training) for various SNC initiatives. And you will also develop standard procedures and formats, conduct EVM Workshops to develop EVM skills within the Program Management community, provide EVM oversight to establish program management ownership of program performance data.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects and updates program performance data, prepares and analyzes historical and predictive measures, reviews results and recommendations with program managers and program leads
  • Maintains and statuses the program schedules and records, compiles reports, graphs, charts, and related data in support of the program needs
  • Coordinates contract/program Estimate At Complete (EAC), risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance and PMO
  • Supports Vendor EVMS and inputs into total program performance on a monthly basis
  • Fosters an environment of trust and teamwork; builds collaborative relationships
  • Communicates professionally and effectively
  • Works on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Must Haves:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field and typically 10 or more years of work experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), as well as, financial analysis
  • Functional knowledge of system and technology alternatives
  • Familiarity with software packages (e.g., Deltek Cobra and Insight; Microsoft Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
  • Strong data analysis, program evaluation and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
  • Strong knowledge of project planning and execution
  • Experience creating test cases and performing testing activities as needed
  • Experience supporting Fully Compliant EVMS Programs

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $104,827.91 - $144,138.38

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
