Job Description

RedCloud Consulting is a business and IT consulting company with local Puget Sound Enterprise and Mid-sized clients. RedCloud seeks a Senior Content Studio PM to support immediate client operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage rebranding updates using Percolate.
• Manage quote collection for stories.
• Additional support of team to manage a high volume of Q4 work.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an operations or program management role within a digital content publishing/management team
• 3+ years of recent experience with digital publishing modalities (e.g., Web, social media, in-product, training, online ads).
• Ideally, they have experience using the publishing tool Percolate.
• Strong understanding of Customer Evidence creation process
• Strong process optimization skills with experience working successfully with cross-functional teams, as well as outside vendors.
• Strong foundation in customer-centric marketing
• Excellent client management and team partnership skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Passion for customers and drive to understand buyer needs, translating that into relevant and useful content marketing material.
• Passion for content.
• Self-starter, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and able to influence at multiple levels.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and vendors.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness
• A background working in B2B cloud technology industry.
• Azure DevOps and Adobe Workfront preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation range for position is $117,000 \xe2\x80\x93 143,000 DOE.
