ADP is hiring a Senior MasterTax Account Manager. The Senior MasterTax Account Manager is responsible for maintaining partnerships with assigned clients to ensure long-term, successful relationships with ADP by supporting and managing client expectations. The Account Manager is the key contact for client users and the primary resource responsible for the ADP relationship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Senior Account Manager does this by providing top-level support for MasterTax clients.
  • This role will proactively consult with clients on program success and strategize with the client on ways to help ensure client obtains maximum use of the MasterTax software.
  • This role is also responsible for identifying and resolving complex issues that the client may be experiencing with MasterTax and provide solutions, within guidance.
  • This department requires associates to maintain an updated knowledge of the MasterTax software.
  • Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and produce upgrades beneficial to clients.
  • Client Meetings - Periodic account reviews with client users and/or executives.
  • Collect, schedule and present data for periodic reporting of issues, including challenges, trends, highlights, action plans, account status and planning.
  • Regularly provides client with additional product and services information.
  • Internal Communication-Key liaison with all ADP entities to proactively communicate and monitor service and product issues.
  • Manage activities of functional team members to ensure delivery of optimal service, client satisfaction, retention and profitability.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Payroll Tax industry experience preferred but not required
  • ADP MasterTax product experience a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically
  • Demonstrated strong influencing & negotiating skills
  • Professional presence
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in a payroll, tax, or customer service environment, call center/client support, or practitioner with systems experience.
  • Familiarity with complex software applications and systems
  • You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
A college degree is great but not required. What\'s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
  • Experience noted above, OR
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Compensation Range for this role is $55,900 - $113,700 Year
