SGA is seeking an engaged and motivated

Architectural Intern

for a spring semester

Preceptorship

. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment serving major national brands. As a preceptorship intern, you will work closely with architects, designers, and project managers on a variety of project types--including ground-up buildings, remodels, and specialty projects--while gaining exposure to real-world workflows and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and development of construction documents under the guidance of project architects. Support design efforts through drafting, modeling, and preparing presentation materials. Participate in internal project meetings to learn about scheduling, coordination, and client expectations. Conduct research related to materials, building codes, and project requirements. Help maintain project documentation and quality control standards. Collaborate with team members across disciplines to support project delivery. Contribute to a positive and proactive studio culture.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited Architecture program (4th year or above). Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office environment.
