to join our operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sleeving, sorting, and shipping sports cards accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values accuracy and consistency. You should have a "figure it out" mindset--able to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and stay organized under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Sleeve and protect
trading cards carefully to maintain condition and value.
Sort cards
by player, team, or break stream according to company rules and customer orders.
Package and ship orders
accurately and efficiently using our established system.
Label and organize shipments
to ensure smooth order flow and accountability.
Follow quality control standards
to prevent mix-ups or damages.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with inventory, restocking, and other fulfillment tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple orders.
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Basic computer or tablet navigation skills (shipping software experience a plus).
Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse work preferred--but not required.
Interest in sports cards or collectibles is a bonus!
