Speech Therapist: Lewisburg, PA The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) has a full time opening for Speech Therapist to work within the early intervention/preschool programs and are responsible for providing evaluations and therapy to eligible preschool children, consultation to staff and completion of necessary paperwork. Work settings include homes, child cares and CSIU early intervention classrooms primarily within Lewisburg, PA. Salary Range: $51,178 to $65,808 dependent on education and applicable public-school experience. This is an exempt position following a 188 days per year over a 12-month work schedule. Education requirements include: Minimum requirement is a Master\'s degree in the area of speech/language. Valid Pennsylvania Speech / Language Impaired teacher certification; Currently holding or in the process of obtaining, a Pennsylvania state licensure as a Speech Therapist. Experience with early language development and preschool children is required. Good interpersonal skills, excellent organizational / time management skills and knowledge of typical child development.
