Specimen Processor Technical Assistant


Hours: Part-Time/20 hours



Shift Details: 3rd Shift - Saturday and Sunday 9pm-7am (Shift Differentials Apply!)

Position Summary:


The Specimen Processor Technical Assistant receives specimens from all procurement areas and orders laboratory tests based on physician orders. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: processing specimens for specific departments/locations in the laboratory and preparing specimens to be sent out to Reference Laboratories.



Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Biology * Previous laboratory experience
