About Us

: The Las Vegas Veterinary Specialty Center is a specialty practice comprised of board certified and residency trained doctors, licensed veterinary technicians, and support teams who are highly trained in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Surgery, Neurology, Physical Rehabilitation, Anesthesia/Pain Management, and Radiology. We are a dedicated group of professionals committed to providing the best medical care to the patients of our community! We understand the value of teamwork and comradery! About the job

:This position works under general supervision, following established procedures to ensure clients receive efficient and courteous service, client disputes and problems are researched and resolved within established guidelines, and acts as a liaison between the client and various departments.



How you'll make a difference




Coordinate between client care and clinical teams: schedule appointments, follow-up calls, request medical records Communicate with clients via phone and dispatch to appropriate departments Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing Work in multiple specialty departments Process payments

What you will bring




Experience working within a veterinary hospital for 1+ years; also open to consider those with a positive attitude and customer service background Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long term relationships with colleagues, clients, and the community we serve Reliable, organized, and committed to provide high level care to our patients and client A craving for lifelong learning and continuous improvements Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service is expected Honesty, integrity, and a desire to have fun!

Schedule

Five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, including weekend availability



Salary

$19.75 - $29.75 / hour, based on experience
