full-time Specialty Dental Assistant Floater

, guaranteed

32 hours per week

, to support our specialists across multiple Plum Dental practices throughout Rhode Island. In this role, you'll work alongside a variety of general and specialty providers, delivering exceptional clinical support and flexible coverage where needed.

About you:

You are an experienced, highly skilled Dental Assistant with a strong background in oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics, seeking an opportunity for continued growth and advancement. You efficiently prepare operatories for a wide range of procedures and provide seamless support to dentists, specialists, surgeons, and the rest of the clinical team. Driven by a passion for patient care, you take pride in helping individuals achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Your Strengths:

Assist in the performance of both routine and more complicated surgical procedures

Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records

Ensure all operatories are equipped with the necessary tools

Sterilize dental instruments and tools

Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a surgically clean work environment

Your Skills & Experience:

1+ years of experience as a Oral Surgery Dental Assistant

Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong knowledge of computer programs

CPR/First Aid certified

Radiology certified

ALS certified

DAANCE certified
