Overview

Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.

What you will need:

Ability to lift to 50 lbs., bending, twisting, stooping, excellent dexterity, must work at a fast pace and handle multiple parts, fast pace is physically demanding Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memo Minimum High School Diploma Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Read tickets and/or labels to properly pull the required components necessary for building door(s) correctly Pulling materials to run through machines Machining and applying weather strip Activate machine cycle to machine the jamb Remove the jamb from the machine and start the weather- stripping process Stocking finished product Maintain a safe and clean work environment Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Use tape measure, saw operation, operate hinge machine, strike router, DTI hinge applicator. Ability to lift to 50+ lbs frequently Maintain a well-organized work area Regular attendance and timeliness is an essential function of the job in order to avoid having any disruptions in production and customer service Follow all operational and safety SOP's as written
