We are seeking a compassionate and experienced

Specialized Childcare Provider

to care for a male toddler with special healthcare needs at home. The ideal candidate will be patient, dependable, and skilled in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports the child's development and overall well-being. This role requires someone who is attentive, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality, individualized care.

This little boy enjoys toys, toy cars and trucks, the movie Cars, being outside, the sandbox, walks, trips to the library, and reading books.

Location

: Menomonee Falls, WI

Wage

: up to $25 per hour - based on experience

Schedule

: Up to 35 hours per week
8:30am to 4:30pm: Mondays/Thursdays/Fridays

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and supportive home environment Perform G-tube feedings/medication administration with confidence and precision. Other cares may include bathing, dressing, diaper changes/toilet training, and performing household duties related to the care you provide, i.e., cleaning up after meals, doing dishes, and cleaning up after activities. Engage the child in age-appropriate activities/play that support comfort and development Communicate clearly and effectively with parents and care team members

Qualifications:

Age 18 or older at start of employment 1st Aide/CPR certification preferred C.N.A. certification with GTUBE experience preferred, but willing to train/refresh training for someone with prior G-Tube experience FEMALE PROVIDERS PREFERRED BY FAMILY MUST HAVE Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Willing to undergo a background check prior to hire
