Technical Service Specialist

with previous High Performance Door experience needed to support manufacturing facility in Kenosha, WI. This position requires up to 50% travel to customer sites. Candidates must live in a major metropolitan area for ease of travel.

TECHNICAL SERVICE - PROBLEM SOLVING

Interfacing with customers via phone and email for troubleshooting and product functionality Traveling to customer locations for installations, assessments and repairs Documenting data obtained during all technical service activities Looking for opportunities to reduce cost and improve overall quality




What we are looking for:
Bachelors' degree or certification in mechanical or electrical systems or equivalent work experience Three+ years experience with HPD technical support role Working knowledge of/experience with mechanics, electrical panels, VFD drives, PLCs and industrial controls Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, CRM and ERP/JDE
