Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist them with placing to-go orders via phone or online platforms Prepare accurate order summaries and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely fulfillment Manage all aspects of the POS (Point of Sale) system, to process transactions efficiently Ensure orders are packaged correctly, accurately labeled, and ready for pickup Communicate clearly with guests regarding order status, wait times, and special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go station and surrounding areas Uphold high standards of guest service by providing friendly, professional communication and resolving any issues promptly

Requirements

Previous experience as a host/host, in food service, or restaurant environment is a plus Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Experience in hospitality guest services is advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward guest satisfaction

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
