What will you be doing?

Execute pricing strategies: Analyze sales, margin, and promotional performance Ad-hoc analysis: Substantiate and quantify ad-hoc analysis requests prior to development; ensure data validation where applicable Coordinate pricing related requests: Support coupon/BOGO eligibility, MAP pricing and other ad-hoc needs with Merchandising while align timing with Marketing to ensure accuracy and consistency Review pricing changes: Enter pricing changes in the system and verify all current and future-effective prices for accuracy Review promotional calendar: Ensure pricing aligns with company-wide and market-specific events Gather required documentation: Work with Buying and Merchandising teams to gather documents and support scheduled price changes Validate pricing: Review and correct pricing at the final proof stage of advertising and promotional events Maintain dashboards and reports: Deliver weekly sales and pricing insights to the merchandising floor

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred 3 - 5 years' experience in pricing, merchandising, or data analysis Experience working in a retail environment preferred Experience using retail math preferred Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Strong analytical skills; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus AS400, proficient Excel skills, Microsoft Office
