About the Opportunity:
The Special Projects Operator processes constantan Flex and Rigid Flex printed circuit boards and ensures that all jobs are processed in accordance with Team leader direction, Traveler information, process engineering, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
What You'll Do:
Reviews and becomes familiar with SOPs, work instructions, Team leader direction and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verifies that prior process was properly completed and that lot quantities match
Coordinates and oversee special projects, distinct from regular operations, to achieve specific objectives and address organizational challenges
Utilizes specialized skills, resources, and expertise required for successful project outcomes.
Monitors project progress, identify and address potential issues, and implement corrective actions,
Signs off on the Traveler, logs out in ProCIM and moves finished parts to the next scheduled process
Performs other duties as needed
What You'll Bring:
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
Ability to read and understand documents such as Travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated
Must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions
Must be able to work overtime as required
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
PCB manufacturing experience (Preferred)
Schedule:
1st Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm
Monday to Friday
Overtime and Weekends required based on business need
