As a Special Needs respite provider , you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. You will empower clients by providing guidance, resources, and advocacy to ensure they receive the care and services they need. Your passion for helping others will shine as you work collaboratively with healthcare providers, community organizations, and families to create a nurturing environment that promotes independence and quality of life.
What you'll do
providing respite care from (8pm to 5:30a) -respite Provider ($100 a respite day)
Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. (5:30a to 8:00a) & transportation $16.78 an hour
Holiday and ADT non attendance 8p to 8a ($100 respite day)
Basic qualifications
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or autism.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and professionals.
