Provide safe, structured care and companionship in the home ? Support children with developmental or behavioral disabilities (autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, sensory differences, etc.) ? Assist with simple daily routines like snacks, hygiene prompts, and bedtime ? Join in activities such as games, crafts, shows, or short walks ? Keep the environment safe and follow family routines ? Who We're Looking For: ? Patient, dependable caregivers who enjoy working with children ? CNA certification a plus but not required ? Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred (caregiving, childcare, school aide, youth programs, etc.) ? Must be 18+, with valid driver's license and reliable transportation ? Able to pass background check & drug screening ? BLS certified (or willing to obtain before start) If you've worked as a caregiver, CNA, personal care aide, child care provider, or in a similar role, this is a chance to use your skills in a way that truly impacts families.
