DSI is growing, again! We are hiring

Unarmed Security Officers

This position pays

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour

, depending on site assignment.

This role is for

special events on an as-needed basis

, including local concerts, sporting events, and other large gatherings. As an Event Security Officer with DSI, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and clients. Responsibilities include observing, correcting, and reporting hazards to promote safety, following all DSI and client requirements (including post instructions), and participating in training to become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI's safety manual. Professional interaction with clients, visitors, employees, and the public is expected at all times. This position also requires routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

We are seeking dependable, customer service-oriented individuals with effective written and oral communication skills and basic to intermediate computer knowledge.

Pre-employment requirements:

Applicants must be at least

18 years old

and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is preferred. Reliable transportation and communication are required, and all applicants must successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.
