What Winning Looks Like: \xe2\x97\x8f Strengthening clients by creating Individual Academic Plans (IAP).
\xe2\x97\x8f Planning, organizing, and instructing clients in group and individualized settings.
\xe2\x97\x8f Providing push-in specialized instruction and intervention while students receive the behavioral health treatment they need to participate successfully.
\xe2\x97\x8f Communicating and collaborating with parents, school teams, and other professionals and providing additional support and advocacy as needed.
\xe2\x97\x8f Attending company training to further improve personal and professional development.
\xe2\x97\x8f Producing curriculum and providing programming consulting to team members.
\xe2\x97\x8f Administering yearly standardized assessments. Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f License in Special Education is preferred and compensated accordingly. Severe
Endorsement is highly preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f RBT certification or higher (we provide paid training for this). \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (3 years of teaching experience in a public or private school will also be considered). \xe2\x97\x8f Special Education experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to travel and split time between multiple regions.
\xe2\x97\x8f Must pass a background check.
