Are you a Special Education Teacher with a passion for helping students achieve their full potential? Cross Country Education invites you to bring your expertise as a Special Education Teacher to support students in Odessa, TX for the '25-'26 school year!
Position Overview:

• Special Education Teachers will work with a wide range students who have learning, cognitive, emotional, and physical disabilities.
• Teach various subjects (e.g. reading, writing, and math) to close gaps of 2+ years in a single school year.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for a caseload of 12-15 students.
• Assess student performance and track their progress to meet goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Texas Special Education Certification
• Previous experience in Special Education (Preferred)
