What We Do:
Our Education team supports students with disabilities in ways that are both personal and inclusive. We work with local schools and families to create personalized programs for each student. If you're ready to make an impact and be part of a mission-driven team, we'd love to hear from you.
Currently, we are seeking a Licensed Intervention Specialist/Special Education Teacher who will work on the Education Team. This person supervises and directs a team of Instructional Assistants and Paraprofessionals to plan, create, and implement a successful educational program for individuals with disabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support classroom staff, including Paraprofessionals and Special Education Assistants.
• Develop, implement, and monitor student's IEPs.
• Provide instruction based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Adapt lessons based on data and student progress.
• Collaborate with families and service partners.
• Assist with onboarding, initial assessments, and individualized student programming.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
• Support students' transition to adult services, where applicable.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License.
• 3+ years of experience with K-12 students and/or individuals with I/DD (preferred).
• Experience writing IEPs and tracking student progress.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Maintain required DODD and safety certifications (First Aid/CPR).
• Valid Ohio driver's license with fewer than six (6) points.
