Hello Special Education Paraprofessionals!
Come work with a woman and therapist run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Paraprofessionals in the Brooklyn Center, MN area for the 2025-2026 school year.
Responsibilities:

• Position: Special Education Paraprofessional
• Full-time positions (32.5 paid hours a week)
• Hours: 9:10am-4:10pm
• Multiple positions available - Elementary positions
• Assist in implementing student Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), 504 Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and sensory plans
• Work under the direction of a licensed teacher

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR
• Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments
• Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
