The heartbeat of a great speakeasy is not just what the guest sees, but what happens behind the scenes to make everything flow. We are seeking server assistants who take pride in supporting the floor, keeping service smooth, and elevating the guest experience through attention to detail.

This role is for someone who moves with purpose and understands that excellence is built in the small things.

What You Will Own

You will support bartenders and lounge servers by resetting tables, running drinks, clearing glassware, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the venue.

You will keep service stations stocked and ready, ensuring glassware, napkins, and service tools are always available. You will move proactively through the room, anticipating needs and stepping in before issues arise.

You will help maintain the overall atmosphere of the speakeasy through cleanliness, flow, and quiet efficiency.

You are reliable, fast moving, and detail oriented. You take pride in being part of a high performing team and understand how your role impacts the guest experience.

What You Bring

Previous hospitality or support experience is a plus. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to stay focused in a fast paced environment. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
