About the Role
In this position, you will focus on
supervision, clinical oversight, and family collaboration
. You'll play a key role in guiding RBTs, developing treatment plans, and ensuring culturally responsive, high-quality care for our bilingual community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site
supervision, training, and mentorship
to RBTs
Conduct
FBAs
, create treatment plans, and oversee program implementation
Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity
Collaborate closely with families; deliver parent coaching and support
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in
CentralReach
Deliver culturally competent services--
Spanish fluency is required
