In this position, you will focus on
supervision, clinical oversight, and family collaboration
. You'll play a key role in guiding RBTs, developing treatment plans, and ensuring culturally responsive, high-quality care for our bilingual community.Key Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site
supervision, training, and mentorship
to RBTs ConductFBAs
, create treatment plans, and oversee program implementation Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity Collaborate closely with families; deliver parent coaching and support Maintain accurate, timely documentation inCentralReach
Deliver culturally competent services--Spanish fluency is required

Active
BCBA certification
(required) Must live inColorado
