At Total Care ABA, we provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across New Mexico and are looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. You'll be directly supporting children and families, helping them achieve meaningful goals, and working under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress daily Support children in building communication, social, and daily living skills Partner with families to create positive, lasting change

Compensation and Schedule:

Full-Time:

35-40 hours/week

Part-Time:

10-20 hours/week Flexible shifts available Services are provided

in person

throughout Albuquerque and nearby areas

Skills and Qualifications:

Current

RBT Certification

(required) High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred) Prior experience working with children (preferred, but not required) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong communication and interpersonal skills
