Job Description

Madrigal Consulting and Counseling, LLP is a group practice counseling agency with licensed mental & behavioral health therapists devoted to helping others with life challenges whether it is related to individual, couple, family, or work environments.

Madrigal is looking for Spanish speaking LSW/LCSW & LPC/LCPC therapists to provide in-person /virtual individual counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families.

Job type

This is a contracted 1099 position with hours and caseload set by the clinician.

Responsibilities

Our clinicians are expected to be able to provide our clients with:

Clinical Assessments Individualized therapeutic interventions Strong rapport with cultural inclusiveness Assist clients with community resources Adhere to the professional Code of Ethics

Requirements and Qualifications

Spanish speaking LSW/LCSW or LPC/LCPC licensure Proficient computer skills to use Electronic Medical Records software Self-directed Effective clinical assessment and interventions skills Consistent time management skills All clinicians are 1099 contracted LSW/LPC-Hourly range is $50-$55 LCSW/LPCP- hourly range is $60-$85 Average annual income of clinician at Madrigal: $110,000
