Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Deliver Easy, Fun & Memorable Experiences Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and salon services Supervise and inspire spa team members to uphold brand values and service protocols Manage staff schedules for optimal coverage and smooth operations Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors to maintain well-stocked and organized facilities Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations for a safe and relaxing environment Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction Assist with training and development to enhance team skills and create memorable guest experiences Support revenue goals through personalized upselling of services and retail products Maintain accurate records of appointments, payroll, and operational reports Collaborate with department leaders and team members for smooth operations of the business Punctuality and regular attendance onsite are required for a successful execution of the supervisory role

QUALIFICATIONS




High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in spa or wellness management preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a spa or hospitality environment Proven ability to lead a team in creating Easy, Fun & Memorable guest experiences Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends Proficiency in spa scheduling software and core property management applications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE


Graduation from high school or the equivalent of education or experience. Completion of a state-approved cosmetology, esthetician, massage therapy, or similar program. Three (3) years working in a spa or similar luxury property. One (1) year of related resort experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS



Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.


REASONING ABILITY

Decisions are limited to within the scope of essential duties.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS


A valid cosmetology, esthetician, massage therapy, or similar licenses*.
Colorado Support Gaming License.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS


Essential duties involve performing physical exertion such as frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks. Essential duties may require lifting up to 30 to 40 pounds to stack, store, or move spa, salon, or general spa supplies and equipment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT


Essential duties involve working in a spa and salon environment and flexible work week with additional hours occasionally required.

MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED

Equipment typical of a spa and salon including curling irons, hair dryers, nail clippers, nail files, scissors, and various other beauty products and cleaning equipment.


COMPENSATION



$58,000 + Based on Experience
