Job Responsibilities
Trident Technical College\'s Spa and Personal Services Department has an immediate opportunity for an energetic temporary part-time administrative specialist. Located at the Berkeley Campus in Moncks Corner, this position\'s primary responsibility is to support the department in maintaining student records for the Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Nail Technology programs. Working in this energetic non-routine environment will require strong communication, computer, and organizational skills. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma and experience in administrative work. Strong communication and excellent customer service skills are essential. Telephone, computer, and organizational skills are a must.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have an associate degree or higher and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ideal candidates will have experience in the office environment, customer service, and data entry with the ability to assess and identify needs to achieve student satisfaction.
