Massage Heights and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage and facials. We are seeking a Spa associate to join our vibrant team as a Spa Sales Associate and become the welcoming face of our Spa experience!

Duties

Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their spa experience Meet membership sales goals Upsell spa packages, skincare products, and wellness treatments to maximize client satisfaction and sales opportunities Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last Capable of working flexible hours Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients Bring a positive and energetic attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents Perform various other duties as assigned Collaborate with team members to ensure the spa environment remains inviting, clean, and well-maintained Follow all safety procedures and adhere to health standards relevant to retail operations in a wellness setting

Skills

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within a Spa or health/wellness environment Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction Excellent phone etiquette coupled with outstanding communication skills for engaging clients both in person and over the phone Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership capabilities in a retail setting is a plus Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
