Simply Skin is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a welcoming demeanor. Experience with retail sales will be advantageous. . The Receptionist should be able to multi-task to assist in all operations of the spa.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times
Answer incoming calls promptly using professional phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with staff as necessary
Assist customers with product information, and upselling opportunities
Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and stocking shelves
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Supervising experience is a plus for leadership responsibilities
Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and upselling techniques beneficial
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
