About the role

Basic Purpose: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our spa and wellness facilities . Perform daily cleaning duties in the male and female locker rooms, indoor pool and pantry, hallway bathrooms, back-of-house areas, spa lobby reception, gym, and wellness spaces, while also assisting with folding and replacing linens and maintaining the overall guest experience .

What you will do

Perform daily cleaning duties to maintain a pristine environment across all spa areas, including locker rooms, fitness center, indoor pool and pantry, hallway bathrooms, back-of-house areas, and the spa lobby reception. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services . Ensure that the spa lobby area is welcoming and free of dust and debris. Assist with organizing and maintaining the reception area for a polished, professional appearance. Fold, organize, and replace linens (towels, robes, etc.) in the spa areas, ensuring that all linens are neatly arranged and replenished throughout the day. Assist with linen inventory and ensure linens are handled appropriately for cleanliness and presentation. Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Four Seasons Employee book . Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors .

What you bring

Previous cleaning and/or wellness attendant experience in a hotel, spa, or fitness environment preferred Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens as necessary Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
