We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Spa Manager to lead our spa operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of daily operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with our owners to support the growth of the business and enusre our staff is delivering a seamless, world-class client experience.

Responsibilities
Support front desk receptionist duties and oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient client experience
Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Handle client inquiries and escalations with professionalism.
Maintain inventory control of products and supplies, including purchasing and stock management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
Manage inbound lead follow-up and work with our marketing vendor on social strategy and execution.
Monitor sales performance, set sales targets, and develop strategies to meet or exceed goals
Skills
Leadership and team management abilities with supervisory experience in a retail or service environment is a plus
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
Sales management, and customer service excellence
Experience with inventory management, POS systems
Skilled in employee orientation, training & development, and coaching staff for optimal performance
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Marketing expertise, including merchandising and promotional strategies
Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high standards of service quality
Cross-Location Support: Work at both our West Des Moines and Grimes locations, with occasional work-from-home projects (West Des Moines will be primary work location).
Prior experience in a spa, medical clinic, hospitality, or other client-facing environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Tech savvy, with the ability to learn the POS system (Boulevard), Cherry financing, and existing comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva.
Social media and light design experience preferred.
Understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
Consistent Saturday availability (at least 2 Saturdays per month).
