Overview

We are seeking a

full-time Spa Manager

to lead our growing, high-performing spa. This role is ideal for a motivated, people-focused leader who is passionate about team development, membership growth, operational excellence, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

-- someone who can elevate brand awareness, coach a team to high conversion, build strong culture, and manage the business using performance metrics. We are looking for a leader who has experience, yet is still coachable and eager to grow within a multi-unit brand.

What You Need to Succeed

2-3 years of management experience in spa, salon, retail, hospitality, or similar customer-centric industries Strong sales ability with experience coaching teams to meet goals Experience recruiting and building high-performing teams Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services Ability to manage multiple roles, personalities, and priorities DLSM (Designated Licensed Salon Manager) or qualifications to acquire DLSM is preferred Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.

Base Salary:

$48,000 - $56,000

Bonus Opportunities:

Up to

(paid quarterly) based on: Net membership growth, Membership conversion rates, and Overall spa performance metrics
