Overview:

As a member of the Glade Spring Spa Concierge (or Front Desk/Reception) team you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they are seeking. You will be responsible for booking appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and esctoring guests to treatment areas. You will also use your knowledge to provide information about spa services, treatments, and products.

Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour + incentive opportunities

Responsibilities:
Answer telephones in friendly and courteous manner, providing information, schedule appointments and taking the necessary notes Complete payment transactions prior or post a guests spa/salon treatment Assist in the professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and request to the appropriate service provider

Qualifications:
Ability to work Part-Time hours with a varied schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills Previous experience in the spa or salon industry a plus Previous customer service and cash handling experience required Industry related certifications or education a plus
