We're now hiring Spa Coordinators to join our front desk and guest services team -- the heart and face of our spa.

Position Summary

As a Spa Coordinator, you'll ensure every guest feels relaxed, cared for, and welcomed from the moment they arrive. You'll manage guest check-in and checkout, schedule appointments, recommend services and products, and help maintain a calm, polished atmosphere throughout the spa.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, retail, or hospitality experience who loves people, organization, and wellness.

Responsibilities

Open/Close spa depending on shift

Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism

Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and software

Check guests in/out and handle payments accurately

Maintain spa cleanliness and presentation

Educate guests on services, memberships, and retail products

Support team operations and help ensure a seamless guest experience

Participate in membership and retail sales (commission eligible)

Uphold Spavia's service standards and culture of respect, teamwork, and care

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of customer service, spa, salon, or hospitality experience preferred

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor

Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented

Able to work evenings and at least one weekend day per week

Drug/alcohol/tobacco-free workplace
