We are currently looking for a

sales-driven, customer-focused Patient Experience Specialist

to join our growing spa team.

This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties. You will be at the center of the client experience, responsible for creating a welcoming, polished, and professional environment while

actively contributing to sales growth

through product recommendations, client education, and support of promotional events.

This is a performance-based role, and after 90 days of employment, employees are eligible to earn commission on products sold.



Key Responsibilities:



Greet clients/patients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone, while delivering a superior client experience. Actively engage with clients about spa products and services, confidently making recommendations to

drive sales and enhance the client journey

. Schedule appointments with precision to optimize provider time and treatment room use. Accurately register new clients/patients and update existing patient records. Ensure smooth patient flow by coordinating timely communication with providers and clinical staff. Handle administrative tasks including emailing, faxing, scanning, and maintaining organized patient files. Collect and process payments, and manage client loyalty/reward programs (e.g., Werschler Loyalty Points & All?points). Reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Contribute to spa event planning and execution with a goal of

boosting product and service sales

. Maintain a pristine, professional spa environment that reflects the high standards of our clinic.

Qualifications:



High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary training preferred. Strong computer skills; experience with medical systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor. Proven ability to deliver

outstanding customer service

.
