The Role:

We're looking for

two Spa Coordinators

who are equal parts welcoming host, detail-oriented planner, and team cheerleader. Together, you'll share the front desk responsibilities and alternate weekends to maintain balance and quality of life.

You'll be the first smile our guests see -- setting the tone for their entire experience, from their first phone call to their post-treatment glow.

This is a

permanent part-time position

with a

set weekly schedule

. Each Spa Coordinator will work approximately 20-25 hours per week and enjoy every other weekend off.

Your Day Might Include:

Greeting every guest like an old friend -- warm, sincere, and unhurried Scheduling appointments with ease and precision (online, phone, and in-person) Sharing your knowledge of our spa services, skincare products, and special offers Keeping the reception area serene, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged Handling checkouts and payments smoothly and accurately Supporting retail sales with genuine enthusiasm Communicating with the team to ensure each guest's journey is seamless Keeping an eye on product and supply levels and flagging when items need restocking

We'd Love to Hear From You If You:

Have experience in customer service or hospitality (spa or wellness experience is a plus!) Communicate clearly, kindly, and with a touch of personality Are naturally organized and love creating smooth, effortless systems Have a calm, grounded presence even when multitasking Are passionate about beauty, skincare, and wellness Can commit to a set schedule that includes alternating weekends
