The Bellevue Club Spa is currently looking for a part-time Spa Coordinator to provide exceptional customer services to our members and guests while supporting Spa Providers and management. This position will serve as the key contact person for information on Spa services and products. This position should be performed with enthusiasm, friendliness and world class professionalism, always giving undivided attention to members and guests.

Shifts:

10-20 hours. Morning, evening and weekend shifts

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Greet guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor. Schedule appointments for all spa services including manicures, pedicures, artificial nails, massages, body treatments and facials. Handle P.O.S. (point of sale) operations and retail sales on computerized point of sale system. Confirm appointments, coordinate changes, and ensure accurate timing and communication. Make thoughtful recommendations and assist with retail sales to enhance the guest's experience. Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries quickly and professionally. Assist Spa Director and other spa staff with merchandising and inventory control of spa products. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa waiting area and restocks supplies as necessary. Responsible for accurately scheduling, checking in, and ringing out guests for their appointments, services and products. Support guests with any needs before and after their treatments. Communicate clearly with therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations. Resolve guest concerns with patience, care, and professionalism. Assist in various tasks as assigned by Spa Director Act as the liaison between the Spa Technicians and the client.
