Spa Concierge (Part-Time) - Signia by Hilton Atlanta


is looking to welcome a Part-Time Spa Concierge to join the team!




With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, Signia by Hilton Atlanta holds a 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets! Our Spa team consists of 10+ associates that report to the Spa Manager. Our Spa Signia features 6 treatment rooms and is open from 9AM-4PM Sunday-Thursday and 9AM-7PM Friday and Saturday.




The ideal candidate holds 2+ years of customer service experience in a spa or hotel guest services environment and possess strong communication skills. Ability to work varying shifts. Experience with Book4Time a plus!

Shift Pattern

: Part-Time 3-4 shifts (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed) AM/PM shifts

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

What will I be doing?:

Greets and checks in guests at the spa creating a welcoming and professional environment Assists Spa Managers with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations across all areas Handles clerical duties such as answering phones, managing emails and correspondence, filing and data entry. Provides general office support including copying, faxing, and maintaining organized records as instructed. Assist Therapists with basic treatment room opening duties to ensure readiness and cleanliness Supports team communication and helps maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive service and collaboration
