THE JOB:

As a Receptionist at Borgata, your primary responsibility will be to carry out various clerical and administrative duties. You will perform all tasks in alignment with departmental guest service standards and the policies, practices, and procedures of MGM Resorts International, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Preferred 1+ Years of prior relevant experience

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:


$15.49




Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.


Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
