J Sterling's spa with 5 Orlando locations is hiring for spa admin position for our busy
CLERMONT
location. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:Greeting and checking-in/out customers to perform excellent customer service and connect with each customer Answer phones, book appointments, sell gift cards or gift certificates and upgrades Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Positive, energetic attitude Team player Perform various other duties as assigned Attention to detail important

Job Requirements:
Must be excellent at customer service Must be reliable Experience in spa or salon environment is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office application or any booking system Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
Shifts needed are:
Monday: 3:15 to 9pm, Tuesday: 3:15 to 9pm, Thursday: 8:30am to 3:15pm, Friday:8:30am to 3:15pm, Saturday: 3:15pm to 9pm
