JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the daily operations of Reflections Spa, Health Club, as well as the pools at Harrah\'s and Harveys

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for building, monitoring and controlling department budgets, growing revenues and controlling expenses.
• Order and merchandise retail products. Responsible for maintaining and maximizing efficiencies and cost controls.
• Manages monthly inventory reconciliation
• Responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior customer service.
• Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and supervises assigned team members; coaches for success and continuing improvement of team member skills.
• Ensure all team member and outlet licenses are up to date as necessary.
• Coordinates and oversees the activities of team members. Provides information and assists team members and fosters good team member relations.
• Responsible for cleanliness and overall sanitation standards for areas of responsibility.
• Responsible for creating dynamic Spa Services menus that are competitive and revenue generating
• Maintains a firm understanding of industry trends
• Responsible for ensuring Fitness equipment is functioning safely and in working order at all times.
• Partners with Marketing/Advertising to ensure that all collateral is up to date and placement of collateral is in locations that will drive business.
• Manages the quality of outside contractor services
• Works with Risk and Safety to ensure all areas are maintained in accordance with industry safety standards at all time

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Hotel/Retail Management or related field preferred.
• One to two years\' experience in related field/position. Previous supervisory/management experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Literate and fluent in English
• Excellent guest service skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal skills, with emphasis in relationship building.
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to grasp, use repetitive hand motion, finger dexterity
• Ability to bend, reach, squat
• Ability to hear, talk, see, write, use visual inspection, have hand-eye coordination
• Ability to frequently sit, stand and walk
• Ability to occasionally push/pull
• Ability to occasionally use a step stool and ladder
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to use equipment and machines relating to the spa.
• Ability to occasionally tolerate extreme inside temperatures.

Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
