The Opportunity
The Sous Chef at Sheraton, Nahua, New Hampshire, working under the management of the Delaware North Company, plays a key role in the culinary operations of the hotel\'s banquets and restaurants. The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring high-quality cuisine is delivered to guests. This role requires excellent culinary skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $46600 - $61800 / year
