Job Description
We're seeking an experienced
Sourcing Manager IV (Vendor Manager)
to support strategic supply chain initiatives for a leading organization. This role is responsible for managing key vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance, driving cost optimization, and supporting cross-functional supply chain transformation projects.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance and efficiency. Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to deliver key program goals. Analyze vendor spend, identify savings opportunities, and report key metrics. Implement best practices in sourcing, supplier management, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
4 7 years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, or procurement. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. * Background in supply chain or operations preferred.
