to join our warehouse operations team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on experience in package sorting, understands warehouse flow, and can coordinate team members to ensure smooth and accurate daily operations.
As a Sorter Lead, you will oversee the sorting team, ensure productivity targets are met, maintain a safe work environment, and support overall warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the sorting team to ensure accurate and timely package processing.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-site guidance to team members.
Ensure all inbound and outbound packages are sorted correctly according to destination, priority, and operational standards.
Assist with loading, unloading, scanning, labeling, and moving packages as needed.
Work closely with dispatch, warehouse operators, and supervisors to maintain smooth cargo flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of sorting areas, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Identify workflow issues and communicate them promptly to management.
Support new hire training and help onboard team members into their daily tasks.
Track productivity and assist with shift reports when required.
Requirements
Previous warehouse or logistics experience (sorting experience preferred).
Ability to lead small teams and coordinate tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin !
Ability to work shift schedules (morning or evening).
Basic computer or scanner operation skills are a plus.
