Job Description

Temporary guest relations assistants are needed to manage and look after suite and club areas at all home football games and have the opportunity to work men's and women's basketball games in the Courtside Club in the winter and spring. This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of behindthescenes action of game days working with exclusive guests in premium areas. Duties include preparing setup to make for an exceptional experience, greeting attendees, coordinating checkins, actively listening to fan needs, effectively responding to questions, and maintaining a customeroriented and professional attitude while displaying Sooner spirit. Floor manager opportunity available and dependent on experience.

Job Requirements

Required Education:

High School Diploma/GED

Skills:

Customeroriented and professional attitude Effective communication skills Helpful by nature

Teamoriented but also able to work independently Ability to work some nights and weekends

Certifications:

Department Preferences:

Interest in hospitality and donor relations
