Solutions specialist

Bill's Home Service, a local, family-owned company that's been proudly serving southern Arizona since 1964, is looking for a friendly, experienced and motivated solutions specialist to join our team.

In this role, you'll inspect properties, identify pest issues and present solutions that meet customer needs. You'll perform inspections, provide recommendations, close sales and complete initial treatments to ensure customers get started with confidence. By combining sales, service and education, you'll help create long-term satisfied customers while supporting both team success and company growth.

Responsibilities at a glance

Conduct property inspections and identify pest risks Provide customers with clear reports and recommendations Present service options, pricing and treatment plans Close sales and perform initial treatments Assist field technicians when workload requires Educate customers on preventive measures and treatment methods Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and sales activity

Requirements

Previous pest control, inspection or sales experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach Ability to perform inspections and treatments in varied conditions Valid driver's license with clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent; must pass background check and drug screening Ability to obtain Arizona PMD applicator certification within 90 days
