As an integral member of ServiceNow\xe2\x80\x99s Global Enablement team, this role is responsible for empowering and aligning our field organizations to effectively cultivate and drive sales opportunities for generative AI solutions. Successful candidates will understand solution-selling, along with the ability to drive content development, deployment and learning experiences. This role will have a specific emphasis on enabling ServiceNow sellers on our AI and GenAI solutions. This role requires cross-organization collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership, as well as across the various Enablement Teams within ServiceNow. This role is responsible for the design and delivery of the solutions learning experience for various ServiceNow selling roles. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Execute on our product and solution learning strategy, framework, methodologies, and supporting processes across various customer-facing roles in the company \xe2\x80\x93 with an emphasis on AI and GenAI
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, develop enablement for multiple platforms (eLearning, vILT, etc.), and work with the Instructional Design team to develop the enablement, the communications team to develop and execute a communications plan; manage key stakeholders throughout the process, including regional Enablement Leads; deliver the enablement (at times pre-recorded, other times live facilitation); and more
  • Partner with product marketing and product management to align enablement and sales assets to stages in the sales cycle and customer buying process
  • Partner with Enablement\xe2\x80\x99s Role Excellence team to develop and deliver role-specific solution learning plans that meet the needs of the business and goals for AI and GenAI
  • Partner with Sales Onboarding team to identify and fill AI and GenAI enablement needs for new hires
  • Continual optimization of our AI and GenAI enablement programs as needed by aligning with company and business unit priorities

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • 6 or more years of related experience in sales, sales enablement, product enablement, and/or product marketing
  • A desire to be an enablement subject matter expert (SME) on the AI and GenAI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with solution selling
  • A strong understanding of product marketing and product development teams with the ability to translate into field-ready assets and enablement
  • Experience creating and/or delivering product and solution enablement to sellers
  • Knowledge of sales enablement methodologies, enablement tools and technologies, and learning best practices
  • An ability to listen and diagnose enablement issues to effectively recommend solutions
  • An ability to collaborate across the Enablement organization and with stakeholders to continue to refine and evolve existing approaches
  • An ability to be proactive, self-motivated and self-directing; able to drive deliverables and results which involves people who do not report to you while maintaining positive relationships
  • Ability to interact with and influence a wide range of employees including senior management
  • Ability to clearly communicate and influence key stakeholders around enablement strategies with curiosity
  • Growth mindset and ability to leverage the knowledge of the broader organization
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
