:

We are looking for a Solutions Architect Lead, who will support multi-functional teams to develop software and technology focused solutions across a variety of domains and/or value streams. Under limited supervision and with the ability leverage developed expertise, you\'ll collaborate with team members and meet with clients and stakeholders to determine current concerns and figure out the best methods to overcome business problems using computer software. This position applies advanced computer modeling, database tools, and/or other approaches in analysis. The Solutions Architect Lead will generate detailed documentation in flow charts, sequence diagrams, use cases, tests plans and test cases and presents in varying detail (from summary to in depth detail) to different leadership levels within the company. You\'ll have an eye for identifying future business needs and preemptively planning for system integrations or technical changes!

What You\'ll Do:

• Design, lead, and implement solutions including aspects like compute, network, storage and security.

• Ensure the company\'s IT Platform meets the company\'s needs

• Conducting an evaluation of the computer system architecture with an emphasis on the design

• Design and detail the flow of information throughout the company\'s IT/Tooling Platform.

• Crafting and maintaining or improving procedures, projects, processes and designs for a computer system

• Research and development focused on meeting future business needs or enhancing existing needs.

What You\'ll Need:

• Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.

• Experience building and integrating information systems to meet company needs.

• Experience assessing system architectures currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions/improvements.

• Ability to identify, test and manage risk.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.

• Ability to see "big picture" architecture and data flows while crafting and providing mentorship at the individual SaaS product, data repository, and tool level.

• Ability to effectively connect with stakeholders such as software engineers, management, clients and vendors and also be able to convey technical language (to other stakeholders) in non-technical terms.

• Practical experience forming solutions by integrating multiple SaaS products and data repositories together, each one contributing to the solution

• Prior experience with Data Architecture or Data Modeling considered a plus.

• Organizational and time management skills to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

• Proficient in business software, spreadsheet software, and applications directly related to the field.

• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of direct field experience in functions related to designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business and technical situations or experience closely related to the field and job duties. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements. Background in computer science, information technology or software engineering.

Domicile / Relocation Information:
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States.
The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role.
