We are seeking a motivated professional to support sales and policy processing activities for insurance products across assigned auto dealerships or corporate offices. The role involves preparing quotes, managing policy transactions, and participating in promotional initiatives, while fostering strong relationships with clients, agencies, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Handle insurance applications, quotes, endorsements, and policy updates, referring complex cases to supervisors when needed.
Enter and maintain accurate transaction data in company systems, ensuring quality and compliance standards.
Upload and organize supporting documentation in corporate platforms (e.g., OnBase).
Provide customer support to clients, producers, and dealerships for policy issuance, renewals, and updates.
Assist in training sessions and identify areas where producers or dealerships may require additional guidance.
Serve as a liaison between the marketing department and clients to coordinate promotional campaigns.
Participate in sales activities, events, and business development initiatives at different locations.
Follow up with agencies and producers regarding new policies and claims.
Promote complementary services such as credit insurance, commercial lines, and financial products.
Process and route payments in line with internal procedures.
Provide coverage and support at multiple dealership locations as assigned.
Contribute to special projects and departmental objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a concentration in Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least one (1) year of experience in insurance sales, marketing, or a related field.
Active Puerto Rico Insurance Solicitor License (additional certifications may be required depending on assignment).
Knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools for data entry and document management.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Fully bilingual (Spanish and English), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel between dealerships or sales locations.
